Revenue Operations for B2B SaaS companies at an inflection point — before the first sales hire, after the third acquisition or before your best people start quietly leaving.
MY SUPERPOWER
In aviation and elite sport, the debrief isn't a post-mortem. It's how you get better before the next mission. You stop, create clarity about what's actually happening, then go again with better information.
That's how I approach go-to-market operations.
Most GTM Ops consultants hand you a system. I start by helping you understand what's actually broken — the processes, the data, the team behaviours, the tech — before recommending what to build. That diagnostic discipline is the difference between a CRM rebuild that gets adopted and one that collects dust six months later.
I'm also a certified coach. Which means I don't just design the operational system — I understand why people resist systems, why high-performing teams lose momentum at scale, and why the same process that works in a 20-person company breaks down at 80. Adoption isn't an afterthought in my work. Neither is the human cost of getting this wrong.
SEE HOW I WORK“Clarity before action. That's not a tagline. It's how I work — and why the things we build together actually stick.”
WHAT I DO
Effective and efficient growth requires alignment across People, Process, and Platforms — and someone who understands that the first one drives the other two.
The operational layer only works if the people running it do. I work with executives & their teams on the performance and behavioural side of scale — because a process your team doesn't believe in is just documentation.

WHO I WORK WITH
Whether you're about to make your first senior sales hire or you've just absorbed your third acquisition, the challenge is the same: you need to understand your revenue engine before you can improve it.

You've hit a wall with founder-led sales. You're ready to hire your first VP of Sales or CRO — but you don't have clean data, a defined sales process, or a CRM that reflects reality.
You're about to hand a senior revenue leader a broken engine and ask them to drive. That's how you lose good hires fast. Let's fix that first.

You've got revenue, but you've got three different CRMs, four sales processes, and no shared definition of a qualified opportunity.
Your board wants a unified GTM view and you can't produce one. The acquisitions happened fast. The integration didn't. And the people caught between those systems are doing twice the work to compensate.
In every case, clarity comes before action. That's where I come in.
BOOK AN INTRO SESSIONWHO IS THIS FOR?
You're a B2B SaaS founder between $1M–$15M ARR and your ops haven't kept pace with your growth
You have a sales team but no formal RevOps function
Your CRM is a mess, your pipeline is unreliable, and your forecast is a guess
You're building out a GTM motion and need someone who's done it before
You recently hired AEs and have no onboarding, playbook, or ramp plan
You want fractional ops support or a part-time embedded team member, without the cost of a full-time hire.
You're looking for someone to write a strategy deck and walk away. I'm an operator. I build and run the machine with you.
HOW I WORK
Engagements are built around your stage and what you actually need — not a fixed package.

FRACTIONAL / EMBEDDED
I become your embedded RevOps / GTM Ops lead on a part-time basis. I own the function, run the work, and report to you as CEO or incoming CRO. Includes CRM ownership, pipeline design, GTM playbooks, forecasting, tech stack, reporting cadences, and team enablement.
Investment // On request
Minimum Engagement // 3 months

MOST POPULAR
Weekly strategic sessions with you. Async support between calls. Ideal if you have internal ops capacity but need a senior thought partner to set direction, QA the work, and hold the team accountable.
Investment // On request
Minimum Engagement // 3 months

PROJECT-BASED
A sprint scoped to prepare your revenue foundation before your first senior sales hire arrives. Includes CRM audit and cleanup, pipeline and stage definition, ICP documentation, core playbook, and a handover pack for your incoming leader.
Investment // On request
Minimum Engagement // 4 weeks

PROJECT-BASED
Revenue growth stalls when the people driving it aren't aligned. This isn't about team-building exercises. It's structured coaching for leadership teams, GTM functions, and cross-functional revenue teams that need to get on the same page...fast.
Investment // On Request
Format // Blended team & 1:1 sessions

FOR LARGER ORGANISATIONS
Embedded operator engagement scoped to your integration. I come in, assess the combined revenue infrastructure across all entities, map what exists, identify the gaps, and build toward a unified operating model: common CRM, shared pipeline definitions, aligned reporting, and a single GTM motion.
Investment // On request
Minimum Engagement // 6 months

FOR INDIVIDUALS
For founders and revenue leaders who need a thinking partner. Career transitions, burnout recovery, Navigating scale, a career transition, team friction, or a role that's grown faster than you expected
Investment // Packages available
Format // 1:1 sessions
Minimum Engagement // 3 Sessions
ABOUT ME
I work at the intersection of revenue operations and human performance — which means I build the system andunderstand why people don't use systems. Most RevOps work fails at adoption. That's not a people problem. It's a design problem. And it's fixable.
My clients tend to be at one of two inflection points: a scale-up founder who's ready to professionalize their revenue engine before hiring their first senior sales leader, or a larger organisation that has grown through acquisition and needs to build a unified revenue operations layer across the combined entity.
What connects them: they're both about to make a significant move, and they need clarity first.
I've spent over 15 years in RevOps, GTM strategy, and coaching roles across B2B SaaS and learning & development. I started The Debrief Space because I believe the best revenue decisions come from a moment of honest diagnosis — not from rushing into the next hire, the next tool, or the next motion before you understand what's actually happening.
I'm also a certified executive coach — EMCC accredited — which makes my approach different from most RevOps practitioners. I don't just design processes. I work with the humans running those processes: why they resist change, why high-performance teams stall at scale, and how to build operational systems that people actually believe in and keep using after I'm gone.
What I believe:
The debrief is where improvement actually happens. You stop, you assess, you create clarity, then you act. Most companies skip this step. They keep flying the same sortie and wondering why results don't change.
Systems are only as good as the humans running them. Build for the machine, lose the people. Build for the people, the machine follows.
If I don't know something, I say so. I work with a trusted network of specialists and bring them in when a problem needs a different lens.

FAQ
01
What is a fractional rev ops lead?
A fractional operator works with you part-time, embedded in your business, at a fraction of the cost of a full-time hire. You get senior-level expertise, accountability, and hands-on execution — without the salary, benefits, and overhead of a full-time RevOps hire.
02
Who do you typically work with?
Three types of SaaS companies. Scale-up founders ($1M–$20M ARR) who are about to make their first senior revenue hire and want the ops foundation solid before they do. Scaling SaaS businesses ($20M–$100M ARR) that have a sales team and revenue leader but whose ops layer hasn't kept pace with growth — unreliable pipeline, messy CRM, inconsistent GTM motion. And larger organisations ($100M+) that have grown through acquisition and need to build a unified revenue operations layer across the combined entity.
03
How does an engagement work?
We start with a discovery conversation to understand your current state and where the gaps are. From there I'll propose a structure — scope, time commitment, duration, and investment. Most engagements run on retainer for a minimum of 3 months. Project sprints are 4–8 weeks.
04
How many hours per week do you work with clients?
It depends on the engagement type. Advisory engagements are lighter. Fully embedded RevOps engagements are more intensive. We scope this together based on what you actually need.
05
Do you work with companies that already have a RevOps person internally?
Yes. In larger organisations there's often an internal RevOps team with solid technical skills but without the senior strategic direction or bandwidth to drive a major integration. I work alongside internal teams, not in competition with them.
